My name is Chris Romanski and I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 25 years. I specialize in working with individuals that have injuries and any other type of limitation. I work with clients who have back, neck, knee, and hip issues and also anyone with Fibromyalgia, Cancer, Diabetes, Heart Disease, Parkinson’s Disease, etc.
I use Pilates, Yoga and Weight TrainIng to help rehabilitate and strengthen the body in a very healthy, restorative way.
Credentials:
I have a BS in Exercise and Sport Science from UNC Charlotte and hold many National certifications including ACE Healthy Lifestyle Coach and American Heart Association CPR/AED/First Aid
I offer in-home and virtual training for 30 or 60 minute sessions. Very little equipment is required for both and the convenience factor is great for busy people on the go!
I also offer 30 or 60 minute wellness consultations to help get you motivated or “unstuck”.
My philosophy is that exercise is healthy for the mind, body, and spirit! My training style is one that not only gets you in shape physically but also mentally. I work on helping you get past any barriers that are preventing you from achieving your goals. My ultimate goal is for you to feel better about yourself inside and out!
